Shipping Policy

Shipping Information 

All orders will be shipped Tuesday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

(Note: Please allow 1 day processing time on all orders placed on Monday-Friday and 3 days for all orders placed on national holidays.)

We apologize for the inconvenience but we are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to Plateros Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. Also, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address by the USPS. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.
